I bought this simple and good working refrigerator and everything is doing great except it does not stay foot. When I open the door, I have to push the other side so it won't move. Otherwise, it scrolls to me. It was almost scary. I don't see any way to make it stay foot.

Very pleased with this refrigerator. Wanted to add a second fridge to our kitchen, as we are a little short on freezer space. (Ice maker in our first one takes up quite a bit of room in the freezer...ordered this one without ice maker.) Unit was delivered promptly and works great. Does run a bit more than our other one, but the wattage is MUCH less. Will certainly save on electricity. Slightly more noisy, but nothing too noticeable.
Plenty of room, and the lighting is excellent. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

We are very pleased with the refrigerator overall. My one complaint is that there is no dedicated cheese drawer. It's difficult to figure out how to store a lot of different cheeses and related spreads that we used to keep in a little drawer. What I've done is place all of them in a container that can be taken in and out of the shelving, but that tends to get buried behind other things so it's not ideal. After purchasing I looked up the product assuming there must be a part we could order but it looks like there is no such option. It's certainly not a deal-breaker, but annoying enough that I gave this fridge 4 stars instead of 5.

Switching from a top refrigerator, bottom freezer, I was concerned whether I would like a side by side and like it better because of the smaller doors opening in a limited space. Love the lighting in both units & extremely quiet when running. I would prefer narrower and/or taller shelf compartments (tall bottles tend to tip unless space is used entirely). Do not like the bottom piece corners since they catch dust & are impossible to clean without removing entire bottom piece. Also sorry I did not get fingerprint free finish.

Noisy! More than any refrigerator/freezer I have ever owned (more than 5). I like side-by-side design but inside, lack of options on where shelves go on interior and doors is a major flaw. Could use more shelves too. Rear components like compressor cooling fan flimsy - likely won't last 20 years. Stainless steel doors smudge easily. Overall, compares poorly to the 20 year old side by side I replaced. Regret purchase - mostly due to noise.

I bought this as a second refrigerator as we live in Montana and oftentimes, in the winter, I don't care to drive into town 20 miles away. I was astonished at the cooling. When I put something perishable in my kitchen fridge and in 4 days it is wilted and not usable. When I put the same item in this new refrigerator , 8 days later it is fresh. I have had this fridge a bit over a month. I wanted one with no extreme electronic features (to break down early) and it works like a charm. It is attractive and is easy to keep clean. Several repair people recommended Whirlpool as the most reliable manufacturer. My only reservation is that the drawers in the lowest part of the fridge have nothing to help them slide, only plastic against plastic. They drag a bit and make scratchy noise.

I wish there were more shelf location options in the refrigerator side - there is a huge gap midway up with no locations to put shelves. Also the doors are designed to hide the top hinges by raising a lip the makes odd shapes on the door tops that look like they will be hard to clean. It's a door, it has hinges, it's ok to see them.

Had this fridge two weeks now and love it. It's quiet, spacious, and very easy to access the food inside, especially the freezer. No more getting on the floor and having to dig through a basket to find something like with our old fridge.
The only thing it could use is another bin for the door on the fridge side. Hopefully I can buy one.

I recently purchased my first home. My kitchen has hard wood flooring. After doing tons of research, I chose this refrigerator simply because I did not want to have potential water issues ruining my floors and having an added expense. This refrigerator is chic yet still understated. No, it's not the fancy french door refrigerator, but I love the fact that it has a lot of freezer storage. I also I read some of the reviews about how noisy this refrigerator might be. Honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised. It's super QUIET. This was a wise purchase. P.S. Good capacity for family of 4 (includes 2 kids). 2 doors design that I always liked, excellent space in freezer. I did not get ice maker because I find a simple fridge more spacious and tidy. The refrigerator side has competitively lesser space than my old Amana fridge (same size). More shelves should be provided with compartments. I found proper storage bins and shelves from walmart and target and am able to make compartments for different size foods. Still getting used to the monochromatic stainless steel (and cleaning finger prints) with water mist and towel, but that's not a big annoyance for me. Overall happy with size, price and the brand name, I hope it is as durable as my earlier refrigerator which gave me nice 20 years :)

It is very noisy/loud when it runs. With it set to the 2nd highest setting (one from the coldest setting), it keeps the refrigerator side at about 36 to 40 degrees and the freezer at 5 to 10 degrees.
The refrigerator door has to be almost closed before it will close itself, otherwise it throws itself all the way open (with a bang when the force slams the door contents around).
The meat compartment/drawer in the refrigerator should be bigger.
It needs one more shelf on the refrigerator side, or maybe a shelf with a shallow drawer. There is too much space between shelves - I don't have things that are that tall that need to be refrigerated, but I do have lots of little stuff that sits on shelves with tons of wasted overhead space.
I also need another door tray. There is way too much space between trays.
The freezer side needs more racks, and more rack choices (places to put the current racks) plus the top one needs to be 2 or 3 inches lower, but there isn't any way to make that happen.
I love the extra space I get in the freezer side without having the ice maker.
Overall, it's loud, it works, it has a tremendous amount of wasted space due to the lack of shelves/racks and places to put the shelves/racks that came with the unit.
Bought this at Costco.com, so it was a great deal for the size.
